Refund policy

Due to the nature of the glove breaking service, we do not offer refunds. However, we do offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you're not satisfied with the break of your glove, you can send back for additional break-in services.

Please note that a "game ready" glove is subject to interpretation by the player. This is why all our gloves are considered "practice ready" or "80%" broken in. The remaining "20%" is up to you!

Damages 
We use a hydraulic press with a leather baseball leading the way. We do NOT use mallets, car tires, water, pillows, mattresses, foam, ovens, microwaves, rubber bands or any other source to break in your glove. The chance of damage to your glove is essentially the same as any damage that would come from playing catch; non-existent.
